The processing is subject to the revised Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, to the GDPR.

Account opening form : company name, UID number, address, canton, field of activity, contact person, telephone, business e-mail and, where applicable, estimating software.
Request for quotation : part numbers, quantities, requested date, project reference, delivery address, comment and contact details.
Technical data : server logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser), retained for 6 months.

The data are processed in order to prepare quotations, approve trade accounts, fulfil orders and provide technical support. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, together with the legitimate interest in the security of the website.

The request for quotation basket is stored in your browser (local storage) for 30 days. It is transmitted to Wellset only when you send the request. No advertising cookies and no third-party trackers are set.

The data are neither sold nor rented. They may be disclosed to the host (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland) and to the carrier for deliveries.

The sending of messages from the forms is entrusted to Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France), which acts as a processor within the meaning of art. 9 revFADP. On that basis alone, the content of the message and the contact details it contains are transmitted, for the period necessary for delivery and for the traceability of that delivery. This transfer to France, a country recognised by the Federal Council as offering adequate protection, gives rise to no other use and, in particular, to no direct marketing.

Requests for quotation and trade account requests are retained for 3 years; accounting records for 10 years in accordance with Swiss law. A message whose delivery has failed is recorded outside the web root so that it is not lost, then deleted once it has been dealt with.

You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, as well as a right to the portability of your data. Write to info@wellset.ch. You may also refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS and the data are hosted in Switzerland. The forms are protected against automated submissions, without captcha or third-party trackers.
