Typical projects

A two-speed induction ventilation motor is reaching end of life while the cabinet and the I&C system are still sound.

EC-SWAP · Control converter for EC motors

EC-SWAP lets you replace it with an EC motor while keeping the low-speed / high-speed control, with no reprogramming of the controller. In the cabinet, only the contactor connections are adapted; allow one module per airflow.

EC-SWAP-PRO · EC converter with air quality sensor input

EC-SWAP-PRO takes over the function of EC-SWAP and will add control by an air quality sensor, announced for 2027. The sensor connects to the module and is ordered separately.

Frequently asked question

Does the controller need reprogramming?

No: the existing low-speed / high-speed control keeps driving the fan, and the module translates each speed into a 0–10 V setpoint for the EC motor. The two speeds are set on the board at commissioning.
