General terms and conditions of sale

These conditions govern sales by Workswell Sàrl, under the Wellset brand, to trade customers in Switzerland. They prevail over any conflicting purchasing conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Access to net prices is reserved for companies holding an approved account, opened on presentation of a UID number. Wellset reserves the right to refuse an account application without giving reasons.

Quotations are valid for 30 days and are issued within one working day. An order becomes firm only upon written confirmation by Workswell Sàrl. Availability and lead times are confirmed line by line in the quotation.

Prices are net, excluding VAT and excluding carriage, in Swiss francs. Carriage is free from CHF 500.— net per order; below that amount, a flat fee of CHF 18.— applies.

Orders confirmed before 15:00 are dispatched the same day from Sion, subject to available stock. Stated lead times are indicative; a delay gives no right to cancellation or to damages, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices are payable within 30 days net from the date of issue. In the event of late payment, default interest of 5 % per annum is due without any reminder.

The goods remain the property of Workswell Sàrl until payment in full, in accordance with art. 715 CC.

The warranty is that of the manufacturer and runs for 24 months from delivery. Apparent defects must be reported in writing within 8 days. Damage resulting from improper installation, overvoltage or use outside the specifications is excluded.

Every return requires prior agreement and a return number. Items on special order are not taken back. No restocking charge applies provided the return is accepted and arrives within 14 days, in its original packaging and in new condition.

Swiss law applies, to the exclusion of the Vienna Convention. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Sion.
